Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original protective mailer or equivalent sturdy packaging to prevent any warping or sleeve damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
